See the final proposals for the new masterplan for Pudding Mill

Hope you are well.

The London Legacy Development Corporation has finalised its proposals for the masterplan for Pudding Mill, one of the Park’s new neighbourhoods. Pudding Mill is comprised of two sites – Bridgewater and Pudding Mill Lane – which together will deliver around 1,500 new homes, public open space and workspace for around 2,000 people.

We previously have invited people to tell us about their priorities, needs, and ideas for Pudding Mill, over several rounds of consultation which have taken place across a range of mediums in response to Covid-19.

We have taken on board what we heard and this has influenced our final proposals, which now include a new Bridgewater Road Bridge and reinstatement of the 8C towpath running alongside the Waterworks River.

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, we are asking for you to continue to connect with us digitally. Our final proposals can be viewed online at puddingmill.commonplace.is whenever is convenient for you and you can easily submit comments over the next three weeks until the 14th June. In addition, we have distributed flyers to the local area, which has an option to speak with us if you prefer.

We intend to submit applications for the masterplan and new bridge in Autumn 2021.

Hopefully you are as excited about the masterplan as we are and we look forward to your support when the application have been submitted, which we will confirm here.

Stay safe.
